PRIVACY POLICY OF THE MOBILE APPLICATION

„Ninja z Sadu/Orchard Ninja”

        I.            This document constitutes the Privacy Policy of the mobile application (hereinafter referred to as „Ninja z Sadu/Orchard Ninja App”), whose publisher is Sady Grójeckie Association with registered office  in Warka at  Niemojewska Street No 17/2, postcode: 05-660 Warka, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the National Court Register under number 0000288819, by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (hereinafter referred to as „Publisher”).

      II.            A User is any natural person, who uses the Orchard Ninja App.

    III.            Installation of the Orchard Ninja App requires the User’s consent.

    IV.            The User may remove the Orchard Apple Ninja App at any time.

      V.            This Privacy Policy is only additional to the privacy policy of Google Play Store, Apple Appstore.

    VI.            The Publisher shall not be liable for the privacy policy implemented by the entities managing the Google Play Store and Apple App Store and compliance by these entities, the following law:

a.       REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation);

b.      Act of May 10, 2018 Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text, Journal of Laws Dz.U. No of 2019, item 1781);

c.       Act of 18 July 2002 Provision of Electronic Services (consolidated text, Dz.U. No of 2020, item  344).

  VII.            Using the Orchard Ninja App requires a mobile device with iOS version from ……., Android version from …………… or ……………………… and Internet connection in the form of an enabled data transmission package or an enabled wi-fi connection in order to download it and enable its use.

VIII.            Publisher does not collect and process data that identifies and does not identify the end User.

    IX.            Publisher does not collect data that could potentially identify the user, such as the IP address of logged-in users, due to the fact that the use of the Mobile Application does not require logging in or providing any other data.

      X.            Publisher does not use the functions of Google Analytics or other tools measuring the time of visits, viewed content, links to pages, browser type.

    XI.            Publisher does not transfer any data of the End User to third parties.

  XII.            Publisher does not use cookies.

XIII.            If this Policy is not accepted, the Publisher asks to remove or not install Apple Ninja App.
